After writing to the Kerry campaign not to concede, I recieved the following message:
Dear Friend,
Thank you for sending John Kerry your suggestions and expressions of support for the campaign.
Senator John Edwards made the following statement in Boston Wednesday morning: "It's been a long night. We've waited four years for this victory, we can wait one more night. Tonight, John and I are so proud of all of you who are here with us and all of you across the country who have stood with us in this campaign. John Kerry and I made a promise to the American people that with this election, every vote would count and every vote would be counted. Thank you. Tonight, we are keeping our word, and we will fight for every vote. You deserve no less. Thank you."
Here is a statement from Kerry Campaign Manager Mary Beth Cahill on Ohio: "The vote count in Ohio has not been completed. There are more than 250,000 remaining votes to be counted. We believe when they are, John Kerry will win Ohio."
I'd heard that the Kerry camp was going to be releasing a statement at 7:00AM, PST, but it's almost an hour after that and I haven't seen any official relase.
If there is anything new, will someone please post it in this or a new thread? Thank you!
PB
