Rove's November Surprise: Exit Polls
I wonder how many dems stayed away from the polls feeling in the early afternoon that we had it wrapped up???? The exit polls lied all the way down the line. Why would voters lie to exit pollers?????

1. If anything, I think they would have lied the other way.
A proud Republican who couldn't stand to vote for *, coming out and not wanting to admit pulling the lever for Kerry.

voting stopped.

And the final exit polls -- which would have included the bizarre effect you are postulating, if it existed -- still didn't reflect the "actual voting" in states with unauditable fraud-o-matic machines within 5%.
