Voters in 11 States OK Gay-Marriage Ban
Bad news for gays and lesbians.

The right-wing agenda is in full force especially tonight. This country is becoming hopeless! What is surprising is that the measure in Oregon...TOLERANT Oregon is passing!

6.  fundies happened.
I don't know if they also cheated but
that would not surprise me.

As it is, people cheat on welfare etc
by signing up in both Wash and OR.
Probably Idaho and OR and OR and CA
too. All they need is an address
in both states.

And OR votes via mail so they would
not need to make a trip here.

3. Don't they need 2/3 of the states for it to become an amendment?
If so, this issue is lost.

4. These Christian Fundamentalist voters are such suckers!
They vote against abortion, gay marriage, stem cell research and all they are going to end up with is to continue to get screwed by the corporate CEO class. What a bunch of saps! Too bad their stupidity will end up affecting us and our loved ones.

5. The new credo
"The only good fag is a dead fag!" These votes were insulting to gays/lesbians/and those who love them! I am not surprised! I am in Oklahoma, dying to get away (will someone please give me a job!!!)! People HATE gays! We (gays) are the root of all evil as far as they are concerned. We caused the fall of Rome, dontcha know? When actually it (the fall) was caused by the rise of Christian fundamentalism! NOT Christianity...FUNDAMENTALISM!! We, as compassionate thinkers, need to show people that gays do NOT want their children, we do NOT want to fuck everybody, and we do NOT want to make everyone gay!!! I am so frustrated right now! 16 months with no job, will soon lose my health insurance and I live in Oklahoma (will someone please get me out of here?!?!)! I pray JK stands tall and fights this (the election) tooth and nail! WE CANNOT HAVE A RETHUG HOUSE, SENATE, PRESIDENCY!!!

rant over!!! GO JOHN GO!!!!
