Depending on where the prec are, Ohio could get to within
50k before the provisional ballots are counted...

Right now, Kerry is down by 95,591. If there are 375 votes per prececnt, then Kerry would have to get about 62% of each prec in order to tie her up...

That is unlikely.

So, if there are 225k prov out there from Urban Areas, let er rip... We still might win......
