I feel good
sorry but I do.

I felt bad hours ago. Now that it is close I feel good.

Think of this: In 4 years the RW has made litle to no progress int he culture war and we have made great strides in articulation and organization.

I don't buy the shit about taking a good look at ourselves; we're doing it right. All we need to do is keep going.

1. The problem I see is that the Democratic Party never seems to learn
Edited on Wed Nov-03-04 01:36 AM by Democat
Tonight was the 2000 and 2002 election all over again.

Our side is too wimpy and unstrategic to fight the current Republican Party.

We need a revolution like the Republicans had in 1994.

The reason I don't feel good tonight is because we've seen this before and I'm not confident that our leaders are going to learn a fucking thing.

We need to replace the current Democrats with many fresh faces, like the Republicans did in 1994. Our party is pathetic as it it is now.

2. Hear hear!
If, and that's still if, we've lost the election, we've done no worse than the GOP did in 1976, and a whole lot better than they did in 1964.

Better days are ahead, and the last year has shown that.

We also have the support of young America, and we've got two years to get them on the rolls and into the booths.
