12. there are voting machines in OH
but they are not the touch-screen ones. They are older w/ push buttons and they have paper printouts for the record. However, there were not enough machines to handle the turnout today. In my precinct it was 1300 people to 3 machines.

15. It's not just touch screens folks
It's the computer programs that count the votes, even paper. Manual recounts of the paper ballots, the original ballots, not "records."
