Remember Orange County Florida ??

How BC04 was so proud that they were winning it?

Results as of now: K: 51, B: 49 with 96% of the precincts reporting, and that last 4% are probably the most populated precincts (vote counting taking a long time).

2. Optical scanned paper ballots used in Orange Co.

They are tabulated as you drop them in the slot. I suspect that it is more likely that there were many people on line at 7:00. There are some 60K absentees in Orange. We encouraged early voting by either absentee or in person at early voting sites.
