I think Palm Beach will make it close and Miami-Dade gives Kerry his Margin of Victory.

4. Broward has just reported about 80% of its vote
It's almost 2-1 Kerry. Miami/Dade and Palm Beach haven't reported anything. Bush is leading 51.8 to 47.2. Just off the top of my head, it looks like we're in good shape unless there's a big Republican county that hasn't reported.

that Miami Dade has not reported any votes yet, and may not be finished until in the morning.
