ANNA GODDUHN, in "Alaskans, wake up to Bush" raises an interesting point. The ONE (and only one) reason for keeping Bush would be to impeach him, a la Nixon. Of course we have no guarentee that the Pubbie House would do that or that the Pubbie Senate would convict so....no, it is not worth it. Can we try him for treason after he is defeated?

2. Impeach will be harder than just not relecting him, the time is now!
The time is now, the decision is yours.

3. If God forbid Kerry loses, that' s my next focus.
He's a liar, a cheat, and a moron besides.

But let's work on getting Kerry in there first!!!!

5. This is why I can't understand why anyone would vote for Bush!
Just to see him impeached, deported and executed for war crimes? Doesn't make any sense to me...

9. Plus, what's the chain of command: next in line is Cheney,
then Tom Delay? But I believe it's Republicans all down the line.

6. Impeachment is a dead process
The GOP impeached Clinton, and Clinton basically ignored it afterwards. Impeachment went from being the most inthinkable thing possible for a president to a par for the course political tool. No, the only impeachment I care about will be delivered by the People tomorrow.

8. my mom is voting Kerry but in a way she wants * to drown in his own mess
she doesn't want Kerry to have to clean up Bush's mess. I feel that way sometimes, too. It would serve him right. Of course, I am still voting Kerry and hoping he wins!

10. Tell your Mom,
that Bush is a kid that never had to clean his own room. He had a servent for that.

But more important, I, and a lot of other people, count on Kerry to do a better job cleaning it up than we do the guy that made it.

* will, of course, pardon himself and everyone close to him.
The Supreme Court won't have a problem with that.
There is no justice for them in the USA.

That's what the International Criminal Court is for.

12. he's already being sued by 9-11 families
along with Rumsfeld, Cheney, Condy, et al...

If we don't have congress there's no chance of impeachment, but he can still be humiliated thanks to RICO provisions, and criminally charged.

Also, did you hear that Chile wants to bring him and the rest of his crooked posse up on charges and arrest them when they touch down there for some international symposium coming up this month? If he cancels his trip to avoid arrest, international humiliation by the press will still bring some measure of sweet satisfaction, no?
