A brilliant idea for rainy voting stations tomorrow
Have the local Democratic party snap up all the cheap umbrellas they can find, and pass them out to those who have to stand in the rain while waiting to vote-- but only to the registered Democrats.

Simply have them return the umbrellas when they leave.
