MSNBC had our Gov Jennifer Granholm on
Edited on Mon Nov-01-04 12:59 PM by MelissaforKerry2004
and cited a poll from the detroit news showing a "close race"

...all others show a 4-6 pt lead for Kerry here...

Our gov said that she thinks because some of Bush's states (ie NH, OH, FL) are in danger..so they are trying to snag some from Kerry...

it isn't going to work...IN FACT...I think there will be some surprises the polls/pundits had no way to even predict...just wanted to give you a heads up if those are wondering about MI...the poll they are citing that shows a neck and neck race is a joke...Nader will NOT get 12% anywhere...especially in MI...I, honestly, thought he didn't make the ballot here but that must of been overturned...

7. yeah and so do I....
she said the mood here is not good and that the jobs and economy have been rough here and that is where the state is going to look for Kerry to make a difference in their lives..

btw the nader thing was a misprint on MSNBC...I swear it said 12% but it is 1.2% on the website..at any rate...Kerry has strong support over here on the west side which is bushie but I have seen so many Kerry signs/stickers...heard calls from local radio stations...LTTE-it is usually strong repub country here and its completely divided

6. Your governor Granholm is great-looking
The poll is ridiculous, though. Nader is not going to garner over 2% at best nationwide.

8. Detroit is getting out the vote again-they don't vote for the GOP there
Detroiters will give Michigan to Kerry, with a little help from outstate.
