Do this today and be ready tomorrow to report ANY irregularities at your polling place. If the polls open late (or not at all), if you or someone else is denied a chance to vote, if there is electioneering in the polling place... anything that impedes you and your fellow citizens' right to vote, whip out the cell phone and CALL.
