Electoral-vote.com Kerry 283, Bush 246!!!!! Yeee-ha!
Edited on Mon Nov-01-04 08:24 AM by TexasSissy
This is the first time in ages that Kerry has had the lead in EVs on this site!

www.electoral-vote.com

KERRY 283.....BUSH 246!!!!!

Yee-ha! A number of Kerry leads are just by one point, so it's not for sure. But if he can win most of those he's leading in.....this is it, folks! This is it!

(I'm so excited I can hardly stand it!):bounce:

6. Maybe their info isn't up to date, yet. This comes from info this a.m.
Yesterday, Bush was in the lead on this site (as usual).

4. Actually, that was YESTERDAY'S report.
Check the date of "October 31" just under Alaska on the map.

There should be an up-to-the-minute version for 11/1 sometime in the next few hours. However, given the battleground-states polls from Gallup and others released yesterday, I'd be hard-pressed to see how Kerry's totals could go down. :7

(Remember, though, that many of these battleground state results are based on a bare percentage or two -- to translate those into real-life results giving Kerry the White House, we need high Democratic turnout and a big GOTV "ground game.")

7. Oh, I thought I checked it yesterday, and it was Bush leading, as usual.
I may have checked it early, before it changed yesterday.

I did several scenarious on the electoral-vote.com spreadsheet, giving Bush some of those that Kerry is leading in by only 1%, and Kerry still won. The spread was large enough. Even giving Bush Ohio.

This is the best news I've seen in weeks, actually.

5. Interesting how Zogby and Gallup differ though.
The guy on c-span just said three is a 15 point differential between the two polls for Wisconsin. One has Kerry (Zogby) and Gallup has Bush up in the same state.

9. Yes, but here's the GOOD news
Though strangely different, both Zogby & Gallup have winning combinations for KERRY!!!

10. I don't put much faith in electoral-vote.com
I think their methodology is incorrect. However, I do think it will be a blowout in Kerry's favor. I bet * will get less than 200 electoral votes.
