Shocked, I tell you I'm shocked!
I was at a meeting the other day when we decided to send packages to our military for Christmas! I was shocked to hear one of the items needed by our military is toilet paper? Toilet paper, toilet paper? I'm so angry.... why of all things toilet paper? This is the pits. This is a slap in the face toward our military. This administration has the nerve to say Kerry does not support the military? They have to completely insane. Voters should be ticked, really ticked! Where is Congress and the Senate asking for an accountability of money spent on the war? Why with all the money being spent on this stupid war cannot we provide our military with the basic everyday needs? This is an outrage! All this while Shrub probably sits on a cusioned toilet in the WH with plenty of TP. Geez Louise, something has to give. The only answer is to vote for Kerry/Edwards. It is time to give dignity back to the military. I am so angry and frustrated now, just in total shock! Toilet paper of all things. Just cannot voice my anger enough right now. I am angry and shocked!

2. $225 billion dollars and we can't provide them with toilet paper?
Halliburton gets billions and our soldiers don't have toilet paper. Yeah, that sounds fair. /sarcasm

3. Eh
not to dampen any rage, but when my husband was in the first Gulf War he used to beg me to send him toilet paper. They didn't supply them with much then, either.

And guess who was in office? bush 41.

Yep.

Toilet paper and cigarettes were like money, you could trade them for almost anything. When I sent Mr. a carton of Marlboro lights he was like a freaking millionare.

It's a common problem but it's still sad.

4. A friend of mine, who is a nurse stationed in Iraq said that
baby wipes are gold. Sometimes showers are infrequent. I can understand issues with consistent water supply, but problems with providing wipes to the troops to get by?

Can you say war profiteering?

These guys are traitors & should be behind bars. It makes me sick that so many Americans cannot see through this bullshit.
