ignore this post I made a mistake and I'm sorry. I just woke up and saw something. I JUMPED to a conclusion without knowing the facts. I did the same thing Bush did with Iraq only my mistake didn't cost thousands of lives.

I wouldn't doubt for a moment that it's a fake video, just like the faked CBS documents, designed to make Kerry look bad. I wouldn't put ANYTHING past Rove and Co., but the Headline and the post and that link are non-sequiters.

2. I would like to see side by side photos, one from a confirmed bin Laden

video, of the hands. In the video shown yesterday, the hands didn't look the same. Want to see some older pictures to make sure it is not some fault of my memory, but I recall his hands being longer.

4. IMHO, your subject line is rather deceptive...

...you should let people know that the November 16, 2001, article is discussing ONLY ONE of the several Bin Laden videos, not ALL of the videos as you imply.

To date, there is only one video which is widely believed to be a fake. This is the video where "Bin Laden" purportedly admits responsibility for the 911 attacks. The individual professed to be "Bin Laden" does not look anything like photos taken of Bin Laden BEFORE and AFTER the attacks of 911. Take a look at the photoes linked to the following two posts:

7. I think you are mistaken

It seems that the 2004 tape is authentic. The article cited appears to be referring to other tapes.

Why anyone would think this tape benefits Bush puzzles me. There could hardly be a starker condemnation of the War on Terror than to have "World Enemy Number One" send you a video greeting card.
