The Wizard of Oz Administration...

That is what I call the scrubbie admin when I talk to my friends here in Korea. I've chosen this title because it fits so well. scrub hiding behind the curtain (you can't get in to a rally unless you sign a loyalty oath) saying, "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain." (his policies) He only wants you to focus on the big, ominous, scary head in the center of the room (terrorism).
Some people laugh. A couple of friends of mine in the army get mad.
But they also get mad when I call the War in Iraq, the Wal-Mart War. I call it that because georgie scrub has tried to do it as cheaply as possible.

I heard this in 2000: Bush-Cheney is "The Wizard of Oz Ticket" because Bush has no brain, and Cheney has no heart...
