5. His hearts in the right place but his brain is out to lunch.
Probably, being in Hollywood for so long he's lost touch with the real world.

33. I like them more than most people ...

But some of the really big ones, particularly _Dances with Wolves_, really turn me off. It is the one I really considered when saying, good idea, bad implementation.

6. Ditto.
I was hoping Wes and Richard Belzer would break in more. Costner is just braying at this point. Kerry has to convince him. My ass.

I'm surprised his wedges don't end up in the previous county.

Besides, golfers are notoriously GOP. After hanging around with Nantz & Co. I'm surprised we can keep him at Nader, and not worse.

17. Hey, he plays a fair game of golf but sometimes does get
stuck in "tin cup" mode. But his knickers are nifty---most gorgeous thing I've ever seen on a golf course. I'll accept a Nader nod. It least it isn't a Bush which I actually thought he would do from the crowd he plays with.

25. Don't forget
that Kevin Costner lives in California where Kerry is safely ahead. He's not in a swing state where even just one vote might make a difference. Remember that Mollie Ivins did a column last election about how she had the luxury of voting for Ralph Nader because she was in a state that was going Bush no matter what she did. She did counsel those in states where the outcome wasn't as certain to weigh their decision carefully.

She's an actress some here might know from my hometown. Her impression of K-Cos was that he wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed. I think he's showing that tonight. Couldn't be any more inarticulate.

28. Kevin Costner has no clue what politics is
Politics is the fine art of compromise.

He'd go to his grave on principles, and take the rest of the world with him.

34. I can respect his feelings, and possibly even agree in 2000, but people
are dying now. We have troops dying. Bush cannot be reelected. Principles matter but not at the expense people's lives.

40. Im so disappointed because I really like him and
Sorry I like his movies, especially Thirteen Days and JFK, off the top of my head. Oh! No Way Out, brilliant.

Im very disappointed, he cannot get past Nadar. Yes we all know Nadar is actually right in saying corporations run the country, but voting for him aint gonna change THAT.

I sure hope ol Kev has an epiphany before Tuesday
