Please tell me why you think *bush is now a pop tart (or toast for us
oldies). There are so many reasons the bright people here think so but why do you think the average joe and joan will agree?

1. Undecided and swing voters usually favor the challenger.

Therefore, even if the polls are tied, whatever undecideds there are will likely swing the race Kerry's way.

In addition, many of the polls have been oversampling Republicans. If those polls still show a close or tied race, the real race is likely leaning Kerry.

Lastly, turnout. If turnout is extremely high, it should favor Kerry, particularly in urban areas and in areas with a high minority population.

4. The great turnout surely helps us. I think *bush is toast because even
the folks who do not pay too much attention are tired of him and his crew of lame excusers and want to hear and see hope and change.

That the whole world is laughing at us since we can't have decent elections and we try to preach to them on how to conduct theirs.
