"Official USE" of the President/VP Seal ?
What bugs me most about this campaign is that whenever Bush or Cheney are on the partisan stump, I see the official seals displayed on their podiums. Is this legal? I thought this was an "official business only" sort of symbol. This "enquiring" mind wants to know :)

2. Yes, it's fine.
Just like he can use AirForce One, and Cheney can use AF2. They ARE the President and VP - for another couple months anyway.
