I got this from a Freeper Lady.
Maybe it ISN'T too much to hope for:
The Duelfer report indicates Houston oil mogul Oscar Wyatt got oil allocations from Saddam which could have earned him and Coastal Corp.—a company he founded and ran until 2000—profits of more than $22 million. Wyatt and wife Lynn are major donors to political causes: since 1989 they have given nearly $700,000 in contributions, of which more than $500,000 went to the Democrats.

1. Ha ha ha...do they REALLY want to look at who has ties to oil companies?
I don't think that's a place the Bush admin. wants to go.

3. You can't buy and sell everyone
Greed has its limitations. Some people want to take money from everyone else. Others want to make it. Running a business and making billions of dollars is not bad, so long as:

1. No rampant environmental destruction
2. Workers get paid for doing their jobs (benefits too)
3. No price gouging, kickbacks, or other underhanded earnings
4. No stock scandals, and
5. No political manipulations for personal gains

I'm sure that a lot of other people feel the same way, even in the oil business.
