I think we'll win MN this time, but...

I get the sense that long term MN is trending away from us. Do any people who live there have the same feeling?

I don't mean this to be downbeat since so many other states are trending towards us like VA, NC, OH, CO, AZ, NV, NH, and FL, but Minnesota seems to be slipping from our grasp.

2. I see it trending our way now.

I never thought we were actually down before, but it was closer before. I have seen the GOTV efforts in Milwaukee and Madison and they are solid. Black turnout is going to be unbelievably strong thanks to early voting.

I think there will be blow back, plus the DFL people are regrouping after 2002. You may be right, but I think the ideals of democracy are deeply entrenched, so I'm keeping the faith.
