It's not a famous picture of RFK. It's just a natural inclination among patrician populists to want to mug with the young citizens they inspire. Even glass can't get in their way. I think it shows a fun side of Kerry we don't see very often (and which he probably won't have the chance to show off over the next four years... the dude's got a LOT of cleaning up to do).
