I had read some quotes by the College Republican head there that they were organizing a protest against Dean. Guess it did not pan out.
I like the way he starts off by saying he is going to be partisan, but it is still a great opportunity to talk like they don't usually get to talk. He takes questions as well. Read the comments. Because he is admittedly partisan, they seemed ok with it on the whole. Interesting.

"I'm gonna be partisan ... but this is such a great opportunity to talk in ways we don't often get to talk," Dean began to a crowd of cheers.Dean's speech focused on his ideas about the beliefs of Americans and why he believes Sen. John Kerry is the ideal candidate for the presidency.
SNIP...."Dean addressed the popular worries about Election Day mishaps or a possible repeat of the 2000 election. The worst possible solution would be for the Supreme Court to nullify the popular vote again, he said.
"By not counting every vote ... undermines people's faith in democracy -- it is the beginning of the end of the greatest country in the world," Dean said....."
