4. The more telling comments were about the anger in the black community...
I have suspected that this would be the case, and the dialogue went something like this:

Keith: If you were to put a number to the anger regarding what happened in 2000, what would you put that number at.

Miami Herald Dude: I don't think I could find a number high enough.

Folks, the black community is going to make itself heard in ways like they never have, and I don't think it is going to be limited to Florida.

7. My Mom said O'Reilly had a Repub pollster on his radio show who
said that the Repubs are really worried about a very large minority vote because in the early voting it is VERY BIG and they are scared.

I never saw a thread on this today. I didn't want to start one because I hadn't heard it myself.

13. Repubs Are Busy Filling Out Those 60,000 "Missing" Absentee Ballots

Meanwhile those who were supposed to receive those ballots have been
promised replacements. If they mailed them today, voters will get
them tomorrow or Saturday. Not much time to mail them back and
have them arrive on or before Election day.

Would switching 60,000 votes from mostly-Kerry to all-Booosh
be enough to swing the state? Possibly not, but it helps,
and they have so many other tricks up their sleeve.

8. Absolutely agree....
....we're having a huge early vote turnout among Blacks here in Tennessee. Many in the Black communtiy, at least here, have said they are voting early in order to find out if there are any irregularities at the polls, so that they can report it back to the Black community in order to better combat it on election day. The Black community is taking this election very serious, they are mobilizing, and they are leaving no stone unturned. This is awesome.

10. see, they have always been able to suppress the vote. disgusting
but that is what has happened. well with what they pulled in 2000 they have forced a major spotlight on their deeds (well, some of them, the spotlight isnt THAT large).

9. Just got back from drinks w/ my buddy Roger Fox
who runs the canvassing/poll watching teams in Broward County. He tells me that if Kerry doesn't take 70% of the vote in Broward, he won't believe it.

Anecdotal, but this guy is running ALL-VOLUNTEER teams and they've got people at every early-voting site in Broward. He's shooting for another 200 volunteers for election day. This man quit his job in New Jersey to work for the Kerry campaign. And all he's saying is, "Who's next? Who are going after next year? What do we do until the 2006 races?" There's not a doubt in his mind.

Kerry in a MF'in landslide!!!
