Just that Bush is frozen at 48 percent, which is bad for an incumbent, and that the undecided voters don't like Bush and will break for Kerry at some point.

That the shift may not show up in the polls because they may "break" on election day itself.

Feels the election will be very close.

He also said if the election were held and the choices were "Bush" or "Not Bush", the latter would win.

Near the end, he said that the vote among undecideds would be absolute against Bush if the opposing candidate was "Not Bush." His polls show that the undecideds are still trying to figure out Kerry, and might not make their decision until they are in the booth. All in all, a very heartening interview.
