We all knew it would happen--just not exactly when.
Well already this morning we have seen 2 examples of bullshit that the Rove machine will throw out or fabricate anything to smear Kerry in the final days. Actually the October Surprise is no surprise at all.

First, the BS about "documents" from supposedly linking Hanoi to Kerry's antiwar group.
Second, the plagarism crap.

There will probably be more. I'm angry but it is what I suspected.

2. I keep waiting for the CIA to come forward
with real dirt on der Führer. They hate him as badly as we do (probably more, having to work for him). The Bush campaign can hardly argue what the CIA says is partisan lies.

Come on, all you patriotic spooks. Remember Valerie Plame!

4. What are they covering up?
The CIA 9/11 Report (naming names) is being covered up.

The agency is withholding a damning report on intelligence failures before 9/11 that points at senior officials.

It is shocking: The Bush administration is suppressing a CIA report on 9/11 until after the election, and this one names names. Although the report by the inspector general's office of the CIA was completed in June, it has not been made available to the Congressional intelligence committees that mandated the study almost two years ago.

5. Both stories are on the NY Sun website,
http://www.nysun.com .

Hilariously, the first headline listed there is "Bush Administration Questions Timing of IEAE Weapons Letter" because of alleged "political motivation." Of course the paper's latest attempts to smear Kerry wouldn't be politically motivated...

Both the anti-Kerry stories are very weak and irrelevant. I remember there was great excitement in Freeperland and on the Swift Liars site about a week ago when someone calling himself "Navy Chief" dropped hints about this incredible story the NY Sun would publish the next morning. He was dropping similar silly hints last night, so I checked the Sun's website this morning. That previous attack on Kerry went nowhere, and neither will these. But this sort of thing does show their desperation.

8. The Sun??
The Sun is for people that think the Post and the WSJ are too left wing. It'll get play on RW radio, but that's baout it.

Isn't that paper in the same league as the Springfield Shopper?
