Congresswoman Grace Napolitano of California (represents the San Gabriel Valley) endorses Howard Dean. Another great super delegate.
Napolitano is also vice chair of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC).

Not bad for a guy who has not appeal with minorities. He wins the DC primary and is getting tons of endorsements from hispanic and African-American lawmakers.

2. I don't understand the disconnect

So many qualified, unabashed liberal and moderate congressional Democrats as well as notable figures like Gore, Bradley, and Simon have given their support to Howard Dean. Howard Dean has received more endorsements from the Black Caucus and the Hispanic Caucus in congress than any other candidate.

How can all these people be so wrong and why would they support someone who a)isn't really a democrat, b)is unelectable, c)is running a dirty campaign, and d)has evil destructive skeletons in his closet?
