I would almost guarantee that most American do not know this if true. Could we use this?

I don't think it will matter, but it could swing some votes.

1. i have hunted and looked
and only have evidence he is not and never has been a regular church goer. here and there since becomong president, i mean way far between here and htere.

you are right

i tell the fundies in school and friends and everyone i talk to in this area where religion is priority and they are all surprised. i immediately challenge the premise bush is a good christian, from many directions. and i conclude that no one can make me regardless follow his path in religion. he is to far away from lite. no one has tried to defend bush when i am done. they are hardline fundies too. still saying the crap, but i looked em in the eye, lol

2. Keep on letting them know. It couldn't hurt.
There is a link, I don't know what it is. There have been a few articles in the papers on this. Bush doesn't go to church.

From what I understand, he does read the bible, but so would Satan if he wanted to use it to his advantage.

I don't even believe that he "found God" at 40. I think he found religion as a tool to achieve his goals. It enabled him to erase his past and to have a blind following. If they only knew he was a phony.

3. It's true. I read an article about it here on DU.
Bush does not go to church.

Kerry does.

I brought this up to a repuke, but they said that Bush does not go to church because he doesn't want to bother the church and its parishioners (with the extra security they would need).

However, Clinton did it and everything went fine then. Not only did the parishioners not mind, more people started showing up.

4. It is true...
don't remember the link (actually I think I read it in hard copy NYT) that Bush goes to church only for Easter, Christmas, etc. But I think he has started "religiously" going the last several weeks.

5. No, B*sh does NOT go to church very often. When he does, it's always noted
Now, why would that be if he goes every week? :eyes:

John Kerry is a practicing Catholic and attends Mass regularly, even on the campaign trail.

Yet another example of the differences between them. And of B*sh's hypocrisy -- not to mention that of the SCLM.

7. Bush doesn't have to
since God speaks to him directly. He's been chosen to lead this country and God doesn't expect him to have to be bothered with all the hassle of mingling with the sinners. <sarcasm>
