What reason will Dean give people to vote?

Sure I have a reason to vote, as I'm sure many people do. But what reason will Howard Dean give people to get out there on Election Day and vote?

He's going to articulate a message that resonates with people. This is why 40% of the Meetup attendees are/were not registered to vote, registered greens, independents, or republicans.

The empowerment of people and not a party machine is the reason.
