Original source for this photo of W?

Does anyone here know the original source (and link) for this photo, which has been posted in a number of different topics here? One of those photos was apparently the one on the Hoffmania website, at http://hoffmania.blogspot.com/2004_10_03_hoffmania_archive.html . As I understand it, this photo was taken at the National Prayer Breakfast this past February. Was this originally on a media website?

1. Bumping this up in the hope that someone

can help me find out whether this photo definitely was taken at the National Prayer Breakfast in February. When I first saw this photo and clicked on Properties to check the URL, it was from a website with "usnews" or "us.news" in it. This one's from another website, with "cpimg" in the URL (a7.cpimg.com). The first topic I saw this in said the photo was taken at the National Prayer Breakfast, and I vaguely recall Reuters was mentioned, but I'm not entirely sure of that, and Googling those keywords hasn't turned it up.

Thanks for any help you can give with this. (By the way, I wrote to Hoffmania, and was told that copy of the photo came from DU.)
