They're worried here in VA - here's a "sign" as to why
Edited on Sun Oct-17-04 09:00 PM by DancingBear
Over the last week, I have seen a sudden "blossoming" of huge 4' x 8' B/C signs. Now, I hate to dredge up old memories, but remember during the primaries - those of us working on the ground always wanted those big 4x8'ers every place we could get one. It always made it look like (your) candidate had BIG support, even if he didn't. :(

I'm guessing the same thing is happening here in VA. Karl to Bush VA people - signage, dammit, we need signage!!

On a positve note, the businesses that have them up may as well put up another one right next to it that says "I'm losing business!"

2. Nope - Fauquier county - northern VA

I'm looking to move back to NH as soon as my house sells, though - that's why the avatar is there...

BTW - Wes Clark will be appearing this Wednesday night with Socas in McLean.

8. Sure you can!

Don't high school students get spending money of, like, $200 a week? :) :)

I don't know any of the Dem folks listed - it will be good to meet them.

What did you think of Janet Howell?

9. Signage in VA
To this point (and I'll admit, I wasn't around northern VA much this weekend), there have been more Kerry stickers and signs around. But when someone sports a B/C sign, they tend to go for multiples.

I have not seen one of the big ones yet -- guess the ship from China just arrived with the giant B/C sign order...
