the Bushies & the rest of the RW have spent the last 3 1/2 years blaming everything bad that has happened to the US on Clinton.

I think we owe them the reverse.

At least if we blame the bad on Bush, it will be true!

1. Not constructive...
We have such huge problems that we need to devote all of our energy into correcting them.

I'll be happy just to see Bush prosecuted.

3. Absolutely!
I say we lay it all out, in order to establish a clear starting point for cleaning up the mess.

Let's spread a little sunshine on the issues facing us.

4. It would work
for some time. Bush has done more (bad of course) than Clinton did. Clinton was a great president but I believe Bush has been more effective in a destructive way.

Of course, we can't expect the media to be so easy on a democratic administration.

15. I don't think that will work

Remember, Poppy Bush pardoned everybody in Iran-Contra saying that the country should move past this terrible event (or some crap like that...) Republican prosecutor Lawrence Walsh said that if Bush hadn't done that, he'd (Poppy) likely be sitting in jail.

So, I suspect something similar from this Bush.

9. It's going to take a hell of a lot more than 4 years to get out
of the mess that Bush has made of this country but I doubt that we'll be looking backwards.

10. No but i will use Bush as a story to frighten small childern
to behave - as bedtime stories. I'll call him the B MAN, who will get you if you don't watch out.
There is much we can blame him for. I will see he gets proper credit for his administrations policies. Count on it.

11. you're right
While we should never allow the public to forget the position Bush has put this country in, we should also take the stance that "it's Kerry's mess now."

Kerry needs to emulate Kennedy after the Bay of Pigs and Clinton after the first WTC bombing: Kennedy OK'd a plan that was 100% drawn-up by the previous administration and took responsibility when it became a fiasco; Clinton didn't blame Bush I, even though the bombing had taken place extremely early in Clinton's term. Likewise, it is the Republicans who blame everybody else: Bush is in office nine months (I think longer than Clinton with the first WTC bombing, but I could very well be wrong), ignores security warnings, goes on the longest vacation since Nixon... and blames Clinton when we get attacked.

18. ONLY....
Only if we don't want to DO anything positive. Won't have to, let Al Franken do that to keep him on the air. We'll keep dunning our electeds and media, etc, to help K/E get the work done!
