1. Glanced at it long enough to figure out

that their claims are bogus as usual. There's an interview with a Texas official, citing a Colorado DNC document, which is partially included. There is no instruction to "make things up." The "pre-emptive strike" is about publicizing past violations of intimidation and suppression.

Yeah, they're desperate and they're liars.
