Fer chrissake, NYTimes endorsement to go with all the other major daily endorsements, WaPo showing Kerry with a 10 pt. lead in the battleground states...and our candidates are sentient and human, as opposed to their opponents.

And some of you are worrying. Sheesh. Take the night off from your ulcer. Go out. Parteeee.Get a snootful. Get two snootfuls, they're small. Have big stinkin' fun. Get boinked in the back seat of your car. Something.:party::party:

This election won't matter a whit if we are all insane on November 3rd.

This has been a Tandalayo Scheisskopf No-Shitter Alert. I am Tandalayo Scheisskopf and I will stomp a mudhole in yer' ass and walk it dry if you don't think I endorse this message.

1. Does "get a snootful" mean the same as it did about 30 or 40 years ago?
I'm confused. Please enlighten an old guy.

3. You bet it does!
Now, I cannot drink anymore(as a duty to humanity and civilization, and in the hopes of maintaining the few remaining synaptic links I have...), so I am counting on you guys to do it for me.

I will, on the other hand, close my eyes for a few seconds, fondly remember the taste and sensation of a cold frosty sliding down my neck and then remember that not drinking is the best thing I can do for myself and peace in our time, and then take another slug from my water bottle, secure in the knowledge that my dear friends on DU are holding up the side for me. ;-)

4. Wow...I've been glued to the computer all day....
I'm going to take your advice...should I start with a beer, a burbon, or a vodka? I'm feeling mighty festive right now.

At this point, Bush would have to defy history to win reelection, since no incumbent has done so with polls showing the race dead even and a majority of voters believing the country is headed in the wrong direction at this point in the race. (from today's washington post front page article on karl rove)

6. its been years and years
since I've been boinked in the backseat of a car. Thanks for bringing back some fond memories! Although you'll have to excuse me if I don't take your advice--mainly because I'm too old mature to appreciate the fine ambience of faux carseat leather and door handles stuck in the back of my head.

Trust me: The world does not want, nor can or will it tolerate a drunken Me, one more time.

Tis a far, far better thing I do...;-)

As per the shfter question: Think "technological enhancement of the experience". Make sure you take pictures and post them in the binary newsgroups on Usenet. :D
