The rightwingnuts keep saying bush DID sign a Form 180 but NO HE DID NOT and I can PROVE he did not and I HAVE proved NO HE DID NOT so damn many times already over the past year...sigh.

7. I feel your pain and here's the proof, one more time.

At the White House, press secretary Scott McClellan said he couldn't say specifically whether Mr. Bush signed Standard Form 180, but the president did request and release his own military records in February.
"I don't believe he signed any form, but he did authorize making his military records available publicly," Mr. McClellan said. "We have released all the records, and reporters were allowed to look at his medical records as well."

8. That's the one, lol!

Freepers insist bush did sign one (NO he did NOT) back in February. Then bush said all was released.

Then he released more in March.

And said that was everything.

Then he released some more in April. Which he said really was all of it.

Then AP sued.

And bush released a bunch more, mostly dupes.

And AP gave bush a list of what was still missing.

And the WH said those were "inadvertantly destroyed".

Then when AP said fine, get the copies from the Texas archives, suddenly the WH said oops we misspoke, they weren't inadvertantly destroyed, here they are.

Then AP said where's the rest?

And the WH said nope that's everything.

Then AP said ok fine, we're going ahead with suing.

Then the WH released more. And more. And more.

bush = INCOMPETANT at a BEST CASE scenario. NO WONDER he & Condi don't read their PDBs...they can't FIND them.

3. Which Bush records haven't been released...the Bush admin claimed

they had released them all in August...a judge ordered them to release them all in September then more were released.

except his medical file. Says the US Navy.

Neither bush nor Kerry have released their medical files; both have allowed reporters to review the files but didn't allow any copies or notes to be taken.

Oops edit; Kerry did have an independant physician review his medical files and post a synopsis; that's available on Kerry's website.

11. Form 180 and the Navy

The Navy says about 100 pages of documents from Kerry's fils have not been released (and won't unless he signs the 180 form).

Bush DID NOT sign a 180 - he signed an executive order (or something like that) authorizing the release of his records.

BTW - the White House doesn't have most of his records - the TexANG or the pentagon do.
