Why Isn't the Discrediting of O'Neill being Covered?

I was unable to watch Nightline last night but it sounds as though the show was a tremendous help to Kerry's side of the story yet I watched all the news shows--cable this morning and read my Washington Post thoroughly and saw nor heard anything. Did anyone in the media pick up Nightline's story anywhere????

He and his cohorts would just use the controversy to make the rounds of the "news" shows to bash Kerry.

BTW, I think there is something seriously wrong with O'Neill. The only emotion I have ever seen that man show is anger. I have never seen him smile, let alone laugh. He's a bitter, unhappy man who desperately needs help, and if circumstances were different I might feel sorry for him.

7. I'm amazed about this too. I would have thought these were bombshells....

- new INDEPENDENT witnesses saying there WAS a superior force and a firefight.

- new INDEPENDENT witnesses saying the MAN in VC attire (not boy in loincloth) with the rocket launcher was a provincial military leader.

- somebody w/cameraman was there 6 months ago asking questions and saying Kerry didn't deserve his medals.

- John O'Niel presented himself as a flake....and gave the impression that he's dishonest by avoiding questions.

It was amazing....

Maybe it'll take a couple days to sink in?

MOST the media pundits today were THERE when they discredited O'Neill & his gang 32 years ago.

And of all people, we have to give Dildo O'Reilly credit for admitting it right from the start. And many pundits DID resist giving time to the Liars; Rush & Co shrieked for days at how the media was refusing to cover the SBLiars 24/7.

The media had their fun, now it's OVER.
