Other than on rightwing radio and sites, there is very little talk about Mary Cheney. Why the obsession with her here? Stop looking at the same media that Freepers look at, and you'll see it's a pretty small story. Right now, it's not making the front page of CBS, ABC, CNN, USA Today, or even Fox. Even where it is mentioned, it appears in a news note section or something relatively unimportant. Why are some of you so obsessed with this issue. It's only an issue to people who find homosexuality embarrassing, and most of them are right wing, or at least I thought so.

Or are you in a state where your local news is homophobic and giving this story serious coverage?

Disagree. All the media whores are reporting is the Mary Cheney non-story. I just checked, front page references to it at ABC, CBS, MSNBC, and CNN's politics page and USA Today's News page.

I think it has everything to do with Mary Cheney. It'a ALL OVER the news. Those who think it's not a big deal are missing the point. It's a big news story and is dominating the news cycle.

The press would not be reporting this unless it had potential to shape the race. The Press WHORES cannot help themselves. They are like sharks. They smell blood in the water and are in a feeding frenzy.

This has serious potential,especially among women voters. Unreal.

Everything is going Kerry's way, and two words, Mary Cheney, have the potential to fuck everything up.
