New Ad: No Flu Shots??? What about a biological attack?

We are left out to dry with not sufficient flue shots....if they can't ensure we have enough flu shot how can we trust the administraion will be able to provide the shots needed in the case of a biological attack?

So who 'gets' the shot in case of attack?
