Now it's REALLY time to ponder the 'October Surprise"

This is the only 'unknown' in this election. I do not expect that the powers that now be are going to go gently into the night. Cheney, Bush*, Wolfowitz, Ashcroft etc, etc. will not give up easily. Terror alerts? Actual U.S. soil terrorism? Anthrax?
Now that Kerry has beat bush* with the 'word' what will happen?

and apparently they were too incompetent to even pull that off. I doubt they would get away with another MIHOP at this point.

probably involving a school. Bush will single handedly break up the terror cell. Whatya think?

4. The weekend before the election

That's my guess for timing if it happens at all. That way, we either cancel elections or have elections without time to process what just happened and with Republicans screaming, "Terrorists are trying to influence our election! They want Kerry to win!"
