Clark is getting all the beautiful women....that's for sure.....
"Will Gwyneth Paltrow back Wes Clark, too?

Last week, Madonna caused a stir with a strongly-worded endorsement of the presidential candidate on her Web site, as well as some tough words for the current administration.

Now, Paltrow is raising eyebrows by also blasting the president. “I think George Bush is such an embarrassment to America in the way that he doesn’t take the rest of the world at all into consideration,” the star said while promoting “Sylvia,” according to the Scottish Daily Record “And it all seems to be for him and his friends to keep getting richer at the expense of a nation, at the expense of the environment.”

Some are expecting Paltrow to take a cue from her fellow blond American transplant, Madonna, and throw her weight behind Clark, too. “Madonna is very serious about Clark, and is working hard to get people in her circle to join her,” says a source. Paltrow’s rep didn’t return calls for comment."

1. Clark's Got Game!
Edited on Mon Jan-12-04 03:25 PM by Jack_Dawson
Face it.

Clark has mad appeal that pulls from a variety of demographics. If part of that demographic includes beautiful women...well...we'll take them as well. :-)

French being the historical language of the military ;)

Doubtful about the German, I think the fourth is Spanish which is pretty close to French.

I've seen him do an interview in Spanish, but he switched to English for questions about Iraq.

Anyway, I was behind him when one of his classmates showed up and after an English greeting with bearhug, they switched to Russian. No hesitation...very smooth.

He does not list French as one of the languages.

14. Beat me to it!
Isn't comforting to know that we are evaluating
candidates on such a superficial yardstick.
For the record, my dear friend has worked with
Madonna and decribes her as a pig. a slob, and
a very disagreeable, selfish, loud, self serving wench
who cares not a whit about anyone who is not equally
wealthy and famous.
Maybe if Clark is elected he can appoint her
to his cabinet as director of the slave labor camps?
She has plenty of experience in abusing workers.

19. Ouch, I'm not gonna go there but here's beautiful Dean supporter
But I will say that in California Dean is supported by Sheila Kuehl, D-Los Angeles. You might have remember her from her days on the 60's show The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis. She's a great Democratic fighter for progressive causes.

Her beauty is more then skin deep.
Senate District 23

>>During the Democratic National Committee meeting last month, Dean drew loud applause when he said he was from "the Democratic wing of the Democratic Party." Since then, some have wondered why Dean failed to credit the politician who most often used that line -- the late Sen. Paul Wellstone of Minnesota, a lawmaker who was proud of his liberal credentials.

Dean said Tuesday that he used to credit California State Sen. Sheila Kuehl, a Democrat who represents Santa Monica, with the line.

"I got a lot of e-mails from Wellstone's people," Dean said. "I'm not going to give it up. I admired Wellstone, though he's a bit more liberal than I am."<<

33. She's wonderful, isn't she? So funny and smart on Dobie Gillis.
As for the beauty thing, simmer down. Anyone voting for
ANY of our guys isn't voting for dork wad. Anyone giving
money to ANY of our guys and getting others to do so,
isn't working for idiot boy.

If they were waitresses throwing their weight to the
candidate they believed in, no one would be anything
but happy no matter how beautiful or not they are.
This reminds me of the shellacking Alex Baldwin gets
everytime he EXERCISES HIS FRANCHISE AS A CITIZEN and
talks about his beliefs and opinions.

I don't care that Madonna might be a hog, etc. But
she's also an American and last time I checked (11:56
AM, Alaska Time) she had the right to speak, endorse
and advocate.

Or is that only the province of 'normal' people like
you and me?

RV, who hopes she learns some people skills before she
goes to hell for being hateful to the help.

Democratic women are naturally more attractive, whereas repuke women are bleached and siliconed (Harris, Coulter, Ingrahm -- although I'm not sure if I should have included Coulter in a thread about women). Plus, democratic women are far more intelligent, which only adds to our sex appeal!

59. Schmadonna
Madonna is supporting Wesley Clark. What the hell is that about?

She sent a mass email saying that, as a mother, she can relate to our concerns about the state of the nation. Is she for real? She gets up in front of millions, dressed in undergarments, and French kisses younger versions of herself for a living. How can she relate to regular moms who wear sturdy bras, gut-be-gone undies and haven’t been French-kissed in years because we’re too busy trying to get mashed potatoes out of our hair.

By the way, her children’s book blows.
