A fellow DUer says Bush was "more controlled" tonight
Edited on Wed Oct-13-04 10:28 PM by newsguyatl

do YOU think he looked controlled?

is SLOBBER a sign of being under control?

is pounding the podium a sign of being under control?

is speaking in a high pitched, shrill voice a sign of being in control?

just wondering.

6. Maybe so
but that ain't saying much! He still wasn't controlled enough, and was still as ignorant and stupid as ever.

7. He WAS more controlled.
Certainly more than the first two debates. "More controlled" is a relative term.

Furious George took the night off, and Blinky wasn't as blinky.

12. True. This was the Shrub's best outing so far.
Not saying much, of course.

In the first debate he talked to an imaginary person; in the second he advanced to screaming at the moderator; in the third he's graduated to just giggling about outsourced jobs and people with no health care. Now I know how the Russians must have felt when Khruschev banged his shoe on the table at the United Nations. Hope there weren't any exobiologists from Mars watching.

Kerry at least cares about the minimum wage and doing something about poor health care access. Any Martian without a native informant would have picked Kerry as the actual president.

Well it wouldn't be HARD to beat his first performance. Maybe that was Rove's goal: be such a dumbass that everyone thinks you did better.
