He talked about kids having parents who "wouldn't learn English" and how we just used to pass them on through school.

I honestly didn't hear Kerry say that. I heard Bush say that, then say that Kerry said it. Maybe I'm wrong. :shrug:

he woukd babble about pell grants.
I like that Kerry drew attention to his changing the subject from jobs.
