the President has a lot of direct control over those agencies. Also, I don't think the FTC has anything to say on the subject. In fact, I'm pretty sure it doesn't.
3. True. I think he has to let the public know . . .
that he has a "bring it on" attitude.
Something like: "To Sinclair Broadcasting I say this: Air your program this week, and I will gladly appear on a panel to discuss it. Why wait until the night before the election? Bring it on--I'd be more than happy to talk about my service to this country."
7. It wouldn't hurt to compare Sinclair with ENRON
and how their schemes were/are dependent upon the Bush* regime to relax regulations for their success. There isn't one deregulation law that has helped the common man, not one. Sinclair and ENRON need to be used as examples for why deregulation has been bad for America. Kerry needs to demonstrate that certain corporations have been abusing and jigging the system and it needs to stop. Period.
He should close Sinclair Broadcasting down permanently and place each and every CEO in Angola (Louisiana's notorious state penitentiary) for life without parole. I'm not joking either.
