Who gets more FCC complaints? Sinclair's Swift Boat Special or Janets BooB

Just curious as to whether the FCC and Congress will take notice of this Sinclair abuse as much as they did on the 1 second Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction. Which one has more potential to harm the country? Which one is a greater abuse?

I am speaking more along the lines of the actual incident more than who did it. My point is that a 1 second nipple exposure ended up with huge fines, safeguards being implemented nationwide at broadcast companies, and a even a Congressional hearing.

What Sinclair Broadcasting has threatened to do is an actual abuse of responsibility, violations of campaign finance laws, and a clear example of what happens when media consolidation is allowed to go unregulated.
