Bush's "tax and spend" attacks on Kerry easily beat
this is all Mr. Kerry has to say:

1. " Mr. president, you are the biggest spender since world war 1, spending more money per U.S. household than at any time since then"

2. " Mr. president, you are the biggest governmet grower in U.S. history"

3. " Mr.. President, we have the largest deficit of all time. You inherited a surplus".

Anytime Bush uses the tax and spend line, Kerry needs to turn it back on him.

1. Wholeheartedly agree!
But he needs to make it clear HOW he's increased spending because on the one hand, NCLB has been underfunded, domestic programs have been slashed, etc. Has to be careful or Bush will come back with his 30 sec. last word after Kerry's rebuttal and say you can't have it both ways.
