what should kerry do
when, during tomorrow's debate, bushie brings up the "nuisance"
line? I know that the debate is supposed to be about domestic issues, but I'll bet the mortgage that bushie tries to talk about the "war on terra" rather than discuss the economy, jobs, health care, etc.

So how should JK respond?

2. bush is the nuisance..
He should point out that Bush is a nuisance as well, and he was nice enough not to mention him in the article.

Seriously though I will have to think about that one.

3. Kerry should stick to simple facts that stress the important point that
Bush is very much like his father, obsessed with oil in the middle east and ignorant of the plights here domestically. If Kerry stresses that, Bush will unravel like the babyboy he is. Also, Bush hates it when Kerry confronts him, I loved that Bush chuckled like an idiot and never looked Kerry in the eye. Kerry should also get in a dig about not testifying under oath, and being forthright with American voters. Bush can yell all he wants and throw temper tantrums but it won't change the reality Bush has created for Americans, one of destruction, deception and deceit!

4. Show Bush his new ad on the subject - "Can't Win"

Click on the one called "Can't Win," with accompanying text that says:

<snip>

“Can’t Win” was released in response to the latest distortions from the Bush campaign. Once again, they are resorting to tired and desperate tactics to cling to power. John Kerry is going to hunt and kill the terrorists before they can come after us and no amount of selective editing by the Bush campaign can change that fact.

<snip>

While he can't really show it to bush, Kerry can summarize it . . .

5. He should say
that it was taken out of context, just like every other smear Ad they put on T.V.

Then he should say, we are not here to discuss who makes better Ads, we have serious problems that have to be addressed.

When they get to the issue of the economy and how is Kerry going to pay for all these pledges, he should say I'm am going to create millions of NEW jobs and that will provide revenue for the government, possibly hundreds of billions of dollars. Since you haven't created any new jobs you wouldn't know that is how the government gets it's money. Also, roll back the tax cut for the top 2% of taxpayers.

I'm sure Kerry will do fine, he doesn't have to resort to smear Ads he has so much material to use. Namely, the entire 4 years of the bush pResidency.....
