Support Veterans for Kerry --what you can do
Please do us a favor.

Go out and accessorize your Kerry/Edwards bumpersticker with an American flag decal and one of those "I support our troops" yellow ribbons.

Don't let anybody think that supporting our troops means supporting the twit! He has screwed the troops from the git go.

1. I have on my car the following:
A yellow magnetic "Support our Troops", a John Kerry bumper sticker, a DNC Take Back America bumper sticker, an American flag, a Veterans for Kerry sticker, another smaller John Kerry sticker, in ADDITION to my college contribution sticker and my Virginia Tech Hokie sticker! I'm now thinking of putting this sticker on the bumper, too. "While Kerry was in Vietnam getting shot at Bush was bombed in Alabama". Some people around this conservative area are already doing mischievous things; I don't want to give them reason to do things to my car. What do you think?

I have never nor has my husband put bumper stickers on our cars before. Many people are doing the same around here. And signs are going like hotcakes at the Dems office. People keep stealing them and/or vandalizing the big 4'x8' signs.

3. Already done
I got my yellow ribbon from the local Guard fundraiser (so it helped get them body armor). I have a sign on the side window of my car which says Veterans for Kerry--A Purple Heart Is No Joking Matter--Thank a Veteran For Their Service.

I have a ton of Democratic stickers all over the car. So far nothing has been bothered.

All the Dems around here have the yellow ribbons on their cars as well.

5. I don't have a lot of room for "bumper stickers"

is what I drive around

But I did this up at home - printed and sealed it, and it uses up most of my mud guard (I just grabbed it from Scribus (a DTP program) which is why you can see a little box there around the swooshie thing)

6. I already have a flag-
I put it on right after the Dem Convention. Although I really dislike the yellow ribbons, I'm considering it. Thanks.
