Um, why did bush mention Poland AGAIN?
Is he stupid, crazy, or both? Didn't Poland JUST SAY "oh yeah by the way, guys, we're outta here?" Didn't they JUST SAY THAT?

Why oh why would he mention them again?

I was mortified by bush, as usual. Mortified that this guy's had his finger on the button for four years.

4. You have to make sure that Kerry doesn't forget Poland.
Edited on Fri Oct-08-04 11:17 PM by LoZoccolo
If Kerry had to name his list of three mistakes, that would be one of them.

6. Because you can't forget Poland.
Even when they've sent back all the letters you wrote them and scratched the CD you burned specifically for them with Itumes. You still can't forget Poland. We'll be calling them up in the middle of the night in a few years, drunk, blathering about how we loved them better than anyone ...

9. Kerry said, "countries are leaving the coalition"
but didn't mention Poland specifically. Why not I wonder?

20. Unfortunately, that's not true
and it underscores a major weakness that Kerry has exhibited throughout the campaign.

Most Americans don't know things like that- a substantial number believe whatever lies come out of Bush & Cheney's mouths if they're not specifically rebutted.

11. their PM ALSO said that Bush took him for a RIDE over the reasons
for going there

why didn't KERRY know that?

jeez....I could have done a better job than he did on some of those points, like the tort reform BS

there are TONS of stats out there that PROVE liability premiums have NOTHING to do with malpractice claims

why doesn't he OR Edwards use some of those

I just don't get it, and it's INFURIATING!

19. Because it is typically Republican
to never, ever admit to a mistake or compensate for something that may have been viewed as a mistake. The tactic is to keep at it, even if it's wrong, until the opposition is worn down.
