Most small businesses are sole proprietorships - look at any business text. *Bush is full of horse shit.

2. And even as an S-Corp, it's based as personal income..

BUT it's THEIR choice to do it that way! They could choose to register as a regular corporation, and be taxed that way. Only if their income is over 200k would they be affected.

and I wish we would make $200 K a year...I'd gladly pay more taxes on it!!
