Bush gave his 'major' speech where he broke out all of his new material. That only gave Team Kerry plenty of lead time to poke holes in it.

The only thing "significant" about it, whas Bushco managed to dupe all the cable news outlets into thinking he was doing something pResidential and used it for an hour long mulligan of the first debate. Sad really.

I don't know that this was one, but since the speech, the admin flunkies are actually using the word "coward" when speaking of Kerry- repeatedly within the same soundbyte last night.
